No part of the authorised development may commence until for that part a surface and foul water drainage strategy has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority, following consultation with the Environment Agency, lead local flood authority, Anglian Water Services Limited and relevant internal drainage board to the extent that it relates to matters relevant to their functions.

The strategy submitted for approval under sub-paragraph (1) must be substantially in accordance with the outline surface and foul water drainage strategy.

The surface and foul water drainage strategy must be implemented as approved under sub-paragraph (1) and maintained throughout the operation of the authorised development unless otherwise agreed with the relevant planning authority.
