2. The following provisions of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, so far as not already commenced, come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made—
(a)section 34 (special administration) so far as it relates to paragraphs 3 and 5 of Schedule 5, and
(b)paragraphs 3 and 5 of Schedule 5 (special administration).
