The Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 is amended as follows.

In section 60(3) (structural overview), omit paragraph (a) (including the “or” following it).

In section 116 (entry in the register: voluntary registration)12, in subsection (6), for “local housing authorities and county councils” substitute “local authorities”.
