Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio :
(a)y Ffurflen a nodir yn yr Atodlen i'r Rheoliadau Grantiau Adleoli (Ffurflen Gais) 1997 (O.S. 1997/2847 fel y'i diwygiwyd) i'w defnyddio i wneud cais am grant adleoli sy'n daladwy o dan adrannau 131 i 140 o Ddeddf Grantiau Tai, Adeiladu ac Adfywio 1996; a
(b)y Ffurflen Gymraeg sy'n cyfateb â hi ac a nodir yn yr Atodlen i Reoliadau Grantiau Adleoli (Ffurflen Gais) (Ffurflen Gais Gymraeg) 1999 (O.S. 1999/2315).
Mae Rheoliadau Grantiau Adleoli 1997 (O.S. 1997/2764), yn cymhwyso Rheoliadau Grantiau Adnewyddu Tai 1996 (O.S. 1996/2890) fel y mae iddynt effaith o bryd i'w gilydd, gyda'r addasiadau a ragnodwyd. Mae diwygiadau i Reoliadau Grantiau Adnewyddu Tai 1996 gan Reoliadau Grantiau Adnewyddu Tai (Diwygio) (Cymru) 1999 (O.S. 1999/3468) wedi gwneud diwygiadau i Reoliadau Grantiau Adleoli (Ffurflen Gais) 1997 ac i Reoliadau Grantiau Adleoli (Ffurflen Gais) (Ffurflen Gais Gymraeg) 1999 yn ofynnol, ac mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gwneud y diwygiadau angenrheidiol.
