S.I. 2000/1323 (W.101), amended by S.I. 2001/2499 (W.202) and S.I. 2002/107 (W.12).

shall be amended as follows.

In regulation 4(1) for “the period beginning on 1st May 2000 and ending on 31st July 2002” there shall be substituted “the period beginning on 1st May 2000 and ending on 31st December 2002”.
