2.  Mae un o'r gorchmynion canlynol wedi'i wneud ar unrhyw adeg mewn perthynas â phlentyn er mwyn symud y plentyn o ofal y person perthnasol neu er mwyn atal y plentyn rhag byw gyda'r person—

(a)gorchymyn o dan adran 31(1)(a) o'r Ddeddf neu orchymyn o dan adran 1(3)(c) neu 7(7)(a) o Ddeddf Plant a Phersonau Ifanc 1969 (gorchmynion gofal)(1);

(b)unrhyw orchymyn arall a fuasai wedi'i ystyried yn orchymyn gofal yn rhinwedd paragraff 15 o Atodlen 14 i'r Ddeddf (darpariaethau trosiannol ar gyfer plant mewn gofal gorfodol) petai wedi bod mewn grym yn union cyn y diwrnod y daeth Rhan IV o'r Ddeddf i rym(2);

(c)gorchymyn goruchwylio a osododd ofyniad preswylio o dan baragraff 5 o Atodlen 6 i Ddeddf Pwerau Llysoedd Troseddau (Dedfrydu) 2000(3) neu adran 12AA o Ddeddf Plant a Phersonau Ifanc 1969 (4)(gofyniad i fyw mewn llety awdurdod lleol);

(ch)gorchymyn o dan erthygl 50(1)(a) o Orchymyn Plant (Gogledd Iwerddon) 1995; neu

(d)gorchymyn person ffit, gorchymyn hawliau rhiant neu orchymyn ysgol hyfforddi o dan Ddeddf Plant a Phersonau Ifanc (Gogledd Iwerddon) 1968(5)).
