In exercise of the powers conferred on the National Assembly for Wales by sections 52(3), (4) and (5), 210(7) and 214 of the Education Act 20021, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19922, the National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations:
