1. At ddibenion yr Atodlen hon ystyr “cost wirioneddol” (“actual cost”) y gwiriadau milfeddygol a gyflawnwyd ar lwyth wrth safle arolygu ar y ffin yw agregiad o'r canlynol—LL+C
(a)y gyfran y gellir ei phriodoli'n iawn i'r gwiriadau milfeddygol hynny o gost unrhyw eitemau a restrir ym mharagraff 2 isod sy'n ymwneud yn rhannol â'r gwiriadau milfeddygol hynny; a
(b)cost lawn unrhyw eitemau a restrir ym mharagraff 2 isod sy'n ymwneud yn gyfan gwbl â'r gwiriadau milfeddygol hynny.

2. Yr eitemau y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraff 1 yw—LL+C
(a)cyflogau a ffioedd, ynghyd â thaliadau goramser a chyfraniadau cyflogwyr at yswiriant gwladol a phensiynau, pob aelod o staff sy'n ymwneud yn uniongyrchol â chyflawni gwiriadau milfeddygol a phob aelod o staff sy'n ymwneud â rheoli neu weinyddu'r gwiriadau milfeddygol wrth y safle arolygu ar y ffin;
(b)recriwtio a hyfforddi'r staff y cyfeirir atynt yn eitem (a);
(c)costau teithio a mân dreuliau perthynol a dynnir wrth gyflawni'r gwiriadau milfeddygol, ac eithrio pan fyddant wedi'u tynnu gan berson sy'n mynd i'w le gwaith arferol;
(ch)costau ystafelloedd, offer a gwasanaethau swyddfa ar gyfer staff sy'n ymwneud â chyflawni gwiriadau milfeddygol wrth y safle arolygu ar y ffin, gan gynnwys dibrisiant unrhyw ddodrefn ac offer swyddfa a chost technoleg gwybodaeth, deunyddiau ysgrifennu a ffurflenni;
(d)costau dillad amddiffynnol ac offer a ddefnyddir wrth gyflawni'r gwiriadau milfeddygol;
(dd)glanhau'r dillad amddiffynnol y cyfeirir atynt yn eitem (d);
(e)samplu, profi a dadansoddi samplau (ac eithrio samplu a phrofi i weld a oes salmonela yn bresennol mewn protein anifeiliaid wedi'i brosesu nas bwriedir ar gyfer ei fwyta gan bobl);
(f)gwaith arferol o ran anfonebu a chasglu ffioedd am wiriadau milfeddygol wrth y safle arolygu ar y ffin; ac
(ff)darparu gwasanaethau cyflogres a phersonél mewn cysylltiad â chyflogi staff sy'n cyflawni gwiriadau milfeddygol wrth y safle arolygu ar y ffin.
