Title and Commencement1

The title of this Order is the Powys (Communities) Order 2008.

For any purpose set out in regulation 4(1) of the Regulations, this Order comes into operation on the day after that on which it is made.

For all other purposes, this Order comes into force on 1 April 2008, which is the appointed day for the purposes of the Regulations.
