Amendment of the Official Feed and Food Controls (Wales) Regulations 2009
16.—(1) The Official Feed and Food Controls (Wales) Regulations 2009(1) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (5).
(2) In paragraph (4)(a) of regulation 2 (interpretation) omit the words “or 7”.
(3) In the Welsh text of paragraph (2) of regulation 32 (notices pursuant to Articles 18 and 19 of Regulation 882/2004) for the words “Erthygl 19(1)(a) a (b)” substitute the words “Erthygl 19(1)(a) neu (b)”.
(4) In paragraph 1(a) of regulation 41 (offences and penalties) insert the word “import” between the words “specified” and “provisions”.
(5) In paragraph (f) of Schedule 2 (definition of relevant feed law), for the expression “the Feeding Stuffs (Wales) Regulations 2006” substitute “the Animal Feed (Wales) Regulations 2010”.
