The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power contained in section 14(1) of the Active Travel (Wales) Act 20131.
Title and interpretation1

The title of this Order is the Active Travel (Wales) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2014.

In this Order, “the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Active Travel (Wales) Act 2013.
Commencement2
Sections 3 to 11 of the Act are to come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
