The Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (Commencement No.9) Order 2014

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the power conferred on them by section 49(3)(e) of the Flood and Water Management Act 20101 make the following Order:
Title1
The title of this Order is the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (Commencement No.9) Order 2014.
Provision coming into force on 1st January 20152
Section 45 of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, so far as not already commenced and in relation to an undertaker whose area is wholly or mainly in Wales, comes into force on 1 January 2015.
