Provisions coming into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made2
The following provisions of the Act come into force, to the extent specified, on the day after the day on which this Order is made—
a
section 38(3) (duty to withdraw approval) for all purposes; and
b
section 52(1) (statement in respect of intervention functions) for all remaining purposes.
