205.  In section 114 (complaints about social services)— E+W

(a) in subsection (2) for “under subsection (1)” substitute “under this section”;

(b) omit subsections (3) and (4);

(c) in subsection (5)—

(i) in paragraph (a) omit “in the case of regulations under subsection (1),”;

(ii) omit paragraph (b)(1);

(d) in the heading at the end insert “: England”.
