31.  In section 38 of the Land Compensation Act 1973 (amount of disturbance payment for persons who do not have compensatable interests), in subsection (3), in paragraph (a)(1), for “section 29 of the National Assistance Act 1948” substitute “Part 4 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”. E+W
