Regulation 42
1.—(1) The 2016 Order applies with the following modifications.E+W
(2) Article 15 (acceptance of applications) is to be read as if in the case of a consent under [F1section 13 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023 (authorisation of works by scheduled monument consent)], the application is accompanied by—
(a)one or more of the [F2declarations listed in section 15(1) of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023] signed by or on behalf of the applicant; and
[F3(b)the items listed or referred to in [F4regulation 2 of the Applications for Scheduled Monument Consent (Wales) Regulations 2024].]

2.—(1) The provisions of these Regulations apply in relation to the grant of consent under [F5section 13(1) of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023] subject to the following modification.E+W
(2) In regulation 2 the definition of “appointed person” is read as “means the person appointed by the Welsh Ministers under [F6section 17(2)(b) of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023].
