Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 of the Abolition of the Right to Buy and Associated Rights (Wales) Act 20181.
In accordance with section 10(3) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
