SCHEDULE

The following provisions of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Act come into force in accordance with article 2(3)—

(a) paragraph 4(c), (e) and (f),

(b) paragraph 5,

(c) paragraphs 12 to 15,

(d) paragraphs 17 to 20,

(e) paragraphs 21 to 23,

(f) paragraph 24,

(g) paragraph 28(b) and (c).
