Rhaid i unrhyw dreuliau ychwanegol y gall Network Rail fynd iddynt yn rhesymol wrth newid, ailadeiladu neu gynnal a chadw eiddo rheilffordd o dan unrhyw bwerau sy’n bodoli ar adeg gwneud y Gorchymyn hwn oherwydd bodolaeth gwaith penodedig, cyhyd â bod rhybudd blaenorol o 56 diwrnod am gychwyn y cyfryw newid, ailadeiladu neu gynnal a chadw wedi cael ei roi i’r ymgymerwr, gael eu had-dalu gan yr ymgymerwr i Network Rail.
