The Public Health Acts Amendment Act 1907 is amended as follows.

In section 9 (byelaws) after “byelaws made” insert “ by a local authority in England ”.

In section 82 (byelaws as to sea-shore), after the words “Provided that” insert “ , in the case of byelaws made by a local authority in England, ”.
