The following provisions come into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent—

• section 1;

• this section;

• section 101.

The following provisions come into force on 1 April 2013—

• sections 88 to 90;

• sections 92 and 93.

The following provisions come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning on the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent—

• Chapter 3 of Part 2; section 91;

• sections 94 and 95;

• paragraphs 31, 33, 34(1) and (3), 35 and 36 of Part 3 of Schedule 5 (and section 99 in so far as relating to those paragraphs).

The remaining provisions of this Act are to come into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers in an order.
