27Commencement
1
This section comes into force at the end of the period of 2 months beginning with the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.
2
The remaining provisions of this Act come into force on a day appointed by order made by the Welsh Ministers.

An order made under this section—
a
may appoint different days for different purposes (including different days for different categories of food business establishment);
b
may include such transitional, transitory or savings provision as the Welsh Ministers consider necessary or expedient.
