F111APower to charge
(1)
The Commission may charge a person for the provision of goods or services mentioned in subsection (2) to recover the cost of the provision if the person has agreed to the goods or services being provided.
(2)
The goods or services are—
(a)
goods or training the Commission provides or secures in exercise of its functions under section 20A (electoral administration functions);
(b)
training the Commission provides or secures for a principal council in connection with the council’s functions under Part 3.
