Any regulations made under section 67 of the 1972 Act (regulations in connection with implementation of recommendations and proposals under Part 4 of that Act) which are in force at the date of commencement of this section are to have effect in relation to orders under Part 3 of this Act (orders implementing changes following reviews) as if those orders were made under Part 4 of the 1972 Act.

Subsection (3) has effect only in so far as any regulations made under section 41 of this Act do not make provision to the contrary.
