394.Mae adran 145 yn rhoi pŵer i Weinidogion Cymru i ddyroddi a chyhoeddi un neu ragor o godau ymarfer ynghylch arfer swyddogaethau gwasanaethau cymdeithasol o dan y Ddeddf. Caiff cod gynnwys canllawiau ynglŷn â nodau ac amcanion, ynghyd â gosod gofynion y mae’n rhaid i awdurdodau lleol gydymffurfio â hwy. Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru hefyd gyhoeddi pob cod a rhoi ar gael unrhyw fersiynau o’r cod sydd wedi eu dirymu neu eu disodli.
