Nid yw newidiadau ac effeithiau sydd eto i'w gwneud gan y tîm golygyddol ond yn berthnasol wrth edrych ar y fersiwn ddiweddaraf neu fersiwn ragolygol o ddeddfwriaeth. Felly, nid oes modd eu gweld wrth edrych ar ddeddfwriaeth fel y mae ar bwynt penodol mewn amser. Er mwyn gweld yr wybodaeth 'Newidiadau i Ddeddfwriaeth' ar gyfer y ddarpariaeth hon ewch yn ôl i'r fersiwn ddiweddaraf gan ddefnyddio'r opsiynau yn y blwch 'Pa Fersiwn' uchod.

Mae Atodlen 3 (sy’n mewnosod Rhannau 2A a 2B newydd yn Neddf Ombwdsmon Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus (Cymru) 2005 i roi i Ombwdsmon Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus Cymru bwerau i ymchwilio i gwynion am fathau penodol o ofal cymdeithasol a gofal lliniarol ac sy’n gwneud diwygiadau canlyniadol) yn cael effaith.

180Gwasanaethau eirioli annibynnol ar gyfer cwynion am ofal lliniarol a drefnir neu a ariennir yn breifatLL+C

(1)Mae adran 187 o Ddeddf y Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cymru) 2006 (gwasanaethau eirioli annibynnol) wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2)Yn is-adran (2)—

(a)ym mharagraff (a) yn lle “or independent provider” rhodder “, independent provider or independent palliative care provider”,

(b)ym mharagraff (c) hepgorer y geiriau “or the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales”, ac

(c)ar ôl paragraff (c) mewnosoder—

(ca)a complaint to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales which relates to a health service body or independent palliative care provider,.

(3)Yn is-adran (3) mewnosoder yn y man priodol—

  • “independent palliative care provider” means a person who is an independent palliative care provider (within the meaning given by section 34T of the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2005),.
