3 E+W Until the coming into force of Part 5 of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011, sections 34V and 34W of the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2005 have effect with the omission of the following words (wherever occurring)— “ or the Welsh Language Commissioner ”; “ or may (as respects the Welsh Language Commissioner) ”.
