131Canllawiau ynghylch oedolion sy’n wynebu risg a phlant sy’n wynebu risg

(1)Rhaid i’r canlynol, wrth arfer eu swyddogaethau o dan adrannau 126 i 128 a 130, roi sylw i unrhyw ganllawiau a roddir iddynt at y diben gan Weinidogion Cymru—
(a)awdurdod lleol;
(b)person sy’n swyddog awdurdodedig at ddibenion adran 127;
(c)cwnstabl neu berson penodedig arall sydd gyda swyddog awdurdodedig yn unol â gorchymyn amddiffyn a chynorthwyo oedolyn a wneir o dan adran 127;
(d)person sy’n bartner perthnasol at ddibenion adran 128 neu 130.
(2)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ymgynghori â’r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol cyn rhoi canllawiau o dan is-adran (1).
