(1)Mae adran 187 o Ddeddf y Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cymru) 2006 (gwasanaethau eirioli annibynnol) wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2)Yn is-adran (2)—
(a)ym mharagraff (a) yn lle “or independent provider” rhodder “, independent provider or independent palliative care provider”,
(b)ym mharagraff (c) hepgorer y geiriau “or the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales”, ac
(c)ar ôl paragraff (c) mewnosoder—
“(ca)a complaint to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales which relates to a health service body or independent palliative care provider,”.
(3)Yn is-adran (3) mewnosoder yn y man priodol—
““independent palliative care provider” means a person who is an independent palliative care provider (within the meaning given by section 34T of the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2005),”.
