(1)Rhaid i awdurdod tai lleol ddarparu i Weinidogion Cymru y gyfryw wybodaeth y caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ei phennu at ddibenion galluogi Gweinidogion Cymru i arfer swyddogaethau o dan y Rhan hon.
(2)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru arfer eu pwerau o dan yr adran hon yn gyffredinol neu mewn perthynas ag achos neilltuol.
(3)Os bydd awdurdod tai lleol yn peidio â chydymffurfio â’r adran hon cyn pen unrhyw gyfnod y caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ei bennu, caiff Gweinidogion Cymru arfer swyddogaethau o dan y Rhan hon ar sail unrhyw ragdybiaethau ac amcangyfrifon y mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn gweld yn dda.

(1)Caiff dyfarniad o dan y Rhan hon wneud gwahanol ddarpariaeth ar gyfer gwahanol achosion neu ddisgrifiadau o achos, gan gynnwys gwahanol ddarpariaeth—
(a)ar gyfer gwahanol ardaloedd;
(b)ar gyfer gwahanol awdurdodau tai lleol;
(c)ar gyfer gwahanol ddisgrifiadau o awdurdod tai lleol.
(2)Cyn gwneud dyfarniad o dan y Rhan hon sy’n ymwneud â phob awdurdod tai lleol neu ddisgrifiad o awdurdod tai leol, rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ymgynghori ag unrhyw—
(a)gynrychiolwyr llywodraeth leol yng Nghymru, a
(b)personau eraill,
ag y bo’n briodol ym marn Gweinidogion Cymru.
(3)Cyn gwneud dyfarniad o dan y Rhan hon sy’n ymwneud ag awdurdod tai lleol neilltuol, rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ymgynghori â’r awdurdod tai lleol hwnnw.
(4)Cyn gynted ag y bo’n ymarferol wedi gwneud dyfarniad o dan y Rhan hon, rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru anfon copi o’r dyfarniad at yr awdurdod neu’r awdurdodau tai lleol y mae’n ymwneud â hwy.
(5)Mae is-adrannau (4) i (7) o adran 87 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol a Thai 1989 (defnyddio dulliau cyfathrebu electronig i anfon copïau o ddyfarniadau) yn berthnasol i ddyfarniad o dan y Rhan hon fel ag y maent yn berthnasol i ddyfarniad a wneir gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan Ran 6 o’r Ddeddf honno.
