2(1)Hyd gychwyn diddymiad adran 186 o Ddeddf Tai 1996 (ceiswyr lloches a’u dibynyddion), mae’r adran honno yn gymwys i Bennod 2 o Ran 2 o’r Ddeddf hon fel y bo’n gymwys i Ran 7 o’r Ddeddf honno.
(2)At y diben hwn, yn adran 186 o Ddeddf Tai 1996—
(a)dehonglir y cyfeiriad at adran 185 o’r Ddeddf honno fel cyfeiriad at baragraff 1, a
(b)dehonglir y cyfeiriad at “this Part” fel cyfeiriad at Bennod 2 o Ran 2 o’r Ddeddf hon ac nid Rhan 7 o’r Deddf honno.
