(1)

The definition of “housing” in subsection (4) of section 87 of the Local Government Act 2003 (housing strategies and statements) is amended as follows—

(a)

omit the words “section 225 of the Housing Act 2004”, and

(b)

after “of” where it first occurs insert—

“(a)

section 225 of the Housing Act 2004, in the case of a local housing authority in England;

(b)

Part 3 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, in the case of a local housing authority in Wales.”
