(1)Os y cred Gweinidogion Cymru ei fod yn hwylus, caiff cyfarwyddyd o dan adran 121 neu 122 fod yn berthnasol i gyflawni swyddogaethau yr awdurdod tai lleol yn ogystal â’r swyddogaethau y mae’r sail ar gyfer ymyrryd yn berthnasol iddynt.
(2)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru roi sylw (ymhlith pethau eraill) i ystyriaethau ariannol wrth benderfynu a yw’n hwylus y dylai cyfarwyddyd fod yn berthnasol i swyddogaethau’r awdurdod tai lleol heblaw swyddogaethau sy’n ymwneud â’r sail ar gyfer ymyrryd.
