Ar hyn o bryd nid oes unrhyw effeithiau heb eu gweithredu yn hysbys ar gyfer y Deddf Tai (Cymru) 2014, Adran 144.
Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. (1)Os yw Gweinidogion Cymru yn ei hystyried yn angenrheidiol neu’n hwylus at ddibenion rhoi effaith lawn i unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn y Ddeddf hon, neu o ganlyniad i roi effaith felly, cânt wneud y canlynol drwy reoliadau—
(a)unrhyw ddarpariaeth atodol, gysylltiedig neu ganlyniadol, a
(b)unrhyw ddarpariaeth drosiannol neu ddarpariaeth arbed.
(2)Caiff rheoliadau o dan yr adran hon ddiwygio, diddymu neu ddirymu (ymysg pethau eraill) unrhyw ddeddfiad.
(3)Yn yr adran hon ystyr “deddfiad” yw deddfiad (pa bryd bynnag y caiff ei ddeddfu neu ei wneud) a gynhwysir yn y canlynol, neu mewn offeryn a wneir o dan y canlynol—
(a)Deddf Seneddol,
(b)Mesur neu Ddeddf gan Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (gan gynnwys darpariaeth yn y Ddeddf hon).
