I146Regulations about fees

Regulations made under this Part which prescribe the amount of a fee payable by a person in connection with applications to be registered or licensed may provide that the fee is to be—
a
an amount stated in the regulations;
b
determined by a person or means specified in the regulations.

Such regulations may prescribe a different fee for different persons.
