50Dyletswydd i gynnal adolygiad digartrefedd a llunio strategaeth ddigartrefedd

(1)Rhaid i awdurdod tai lleol (yn gyfnodol, fel sy’n ofynnol gan yr adran hon)—
(a)cynnal adolygiad digartrefedd ar gyfer ei ardal, a
(b)llunio a mabwysiadu strategaeth ddigartrefedd yn seiliedig ar ganlyniadau’r adolygiad hwnnw.
(2)Rhaid i’r awdurdod fabwysiadu strategaeth ddigartrefedd yn 2018 a strategaeth ddigartrefedd newydd ym mhob pedwaredd flwyddyn ar ôl 2018.
(3)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddiwygio is-adran (2) drwy orchymyn.
(4)Rhaid i gyngor sir neu fwrdeistref sirol yng Nghymru gymryd ei strategaeth ddigartrefedd i ystyriaeth wrth arfer ei swyddogaethau (gan gynnwys swyddogaethau sy’n arferadwy heblaw fel awdurdod tai lleol).
(5)Nid oes unrhyw beth yn is-adran (4) yn effeithio ar unrhyw ddyletswydd neu ofyniad sy’n codi ar wahân i’r adran hon.
(6)Yn y Bennod hon mae i “digartref” yr ystyr a roddir gan adran 55 ac mae “digartrefedd” i’w ddehongli yn unol â hynny.
