A local authority and Local Health Board must publish, in respect of each financial year, a report of the progress they have made in achieving the objectives specified in their local strategy.

Where a local authority and a Local Health Board have revised their strategy during the period to which the report relates, the report must include an explanation of the reasons for the revision.

A report under this section must be published as soon as reasonably practicable following the end of the financial year to which the report relates.
