31(1)The Welsh Ministers may make grants to Qualifications Wales of such amounts and subject to such terms and conditions (including as to repayment) as they may determine.E+W
(2)The Welsh Ministers must publish any terms and conditions to which grants made under sub-paragraph (1) are subject.
