Changes to Legislation
Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. Gweler 'Cwestiynau Cyffredin' am fanylion ynglŷn â'r amserlenni ar gyfer nodi a chofnodi effeithiau newydd ar y safle hwn.
17Cyfarwyddydau a chanllawiau i’r ComisiwnLL+C
(1)Rhaid i gyfarwyddyd o dan adran 16 sy’n ei gwneud yn ofynnol i’r Comisiwn gynnal adolygiad cychwynnol o brif ardal arfaethedig bennu erbyn pa ddyddiad y mae’n rhaid i’r Comisiwn gyflwyno i Weinidogion Cymru o dan is-adran (4)(a) o adran 21 yr adroddiad a baratowyd ganddo o dan yr adran honno.
(2)Caiff cyfarwyddyd o dan adran 16 ei gwneud yn ofynnol i’r Comisiwn roi sylw i faterion penodol a bennir yn y cyfarwyddyd wrth gynnal yr adolygiad cychwynnol sy’n ofynnol gan y cyfarwyddyd.
(3)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru roi cyfarwyddydau cyffredinol ynghylch cynnal adolygiadau cychwynnol, gan gynnwys—
(a)darpariaeth ynghylch ym mha drefn y mae gwahanol adolygiadau cychwynnol sy’n ofynnol gan gyfarwyddydau o dan adran 16 i’w cynnal, a
(b)darpariaeth sy’n pennu’r materion y mae’r Comisiwn i roi sylw iddynt wrth gynnal adolygiadau cychwynnol.
(4)Cyn rhoi cyfarwyddyd o dan is-adran (3) rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ymgynghori â’r Comisiwn ac unrhyw gymdeithas yr ymddengys iddynt ei bod yn cynrychioli awdurdodau lleol.
(5)Caniateir amrywio neu ddirymu cyfarwyddyd o dan adran 16 neu’r adran hon ar unrhyw adeg drwy gyfarwyddyd dilynol.
(6)Caniateir (yn benodol) i gyfarwyddyd o dan adran 16 mewn perthynas â phrif ardal arfaethedig gael ei roi ar ôl cyhoeddi argymhelliad y Comisiwn ar adolygiad cychwynnol a gynhaliwyd mewn perthynas â’r brif ardal arfaethedig yn unol â chyfarwyddyd blaenorol o dan yr adran honno.
(7)Rhaid i’r Comisiwn gydymffurfio â chyfarwyddyd a roddir iddo o dan adran 16 neu’r adran hon.
(8)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddyroddi canllawiau ynghylch cynnal adolygiadau cychwynnol gan y Comisiwn ac wrth gynnal adolygiad cychwynnol rhaid i’r Comisiwn roi sylw i unrhyw ganllawiau a ddyroddir o dan yr is-adran hon.
