Ar hyn o bryd nid oes unrhyw effeithiau heb eu gweithredu yn hysbys ar gyfer y Deddf Rheoleiddio ac Arolygu Gofal Cymdeithasol (Cymru) 2016, Adran 89.
(1)Mae is-adran (2) yn gymwys pan fo’r cofrestrydd yn penderfynu—
(a)caniatáu cais i gofrestru, neu
(b)caniatáu cais i adnewyddu cofrestriad.
(2)Rhaid i’r cofrestrydd roi hysbysiad o’r penderfyniad i’r person y mae’r cais yn ymwneud ag ef.
(3)Mae is-adran (4) yn gymwys pan fo’r cofrestrydd yn penderfynu—
(a)gwrthod cais i gofrestru, neu
(b)gwrthod cais i adnewyddu cofrestriad person.
(4)Rhaid i’r cofrestrydd roi i’r person y mae’r penderfyniad yn ymwneud ag ef hysbysiad—
(a)o’r penderfyniad,
(b)o’r rhesymau dros y penderfyniad, ac
(c)o’r hawl i apelio o dan adran 101.
