93Pŵer i wneud darpariaeth ganlyniadol a throsiannol etc.

(1)Caiff rheoliadau wneud—

(a)unrhyw ddarpariaeth gysylltiedig, ganlyniadol neu atodol, neu

(b)unrhyw ddarpariaeth drosiannol, ddarfodol neu arbed,

y mae Gweinidogion Cymru o’r farn ei bod yn briodol at ddibenion unrhyw ddarpariaeth sydd wedi ei chynnwys yn y Ddeddf hon neu a wneir oddi tani, mewn cysylltiad â darpariaeth o’r fath, neu er mwyn rhoi effaith lawn iddi.

(2)Caiff rheoliadau o dan yr adran hon ddiwygio, ddirymu neu ddiddymu unrhyw ddeddfiad (gan gynnwys unrhyw ddeddfiad sydd wedi ei gynnwys yn y Ddeddf hon neu a wneir oddi tani).

(3)Yn yr adran hon, ystyr “deddfiad” yw deddfiad (pa bryd bynnag y’i deddfir neu y’i gwneir) sy’n un o’r canlynol, neu sydd wedi ei gynnwys mewn un o’r canlynol—

(a)Deddf Seneddol,

(b)Deddf neu Fesur Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, neu

(c)is-ddeddfwriaeth (o fewn yr ystyr a roddir i “subordinate legislation” yn Neddf Dehongli 1978 (p. 30)) a wnaed o dan—

(i)Deddf Seneddol, neu

(ii)Deddf neu Fesur Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.
