21Amendment as to summary proceedings under the Towns Improvement (Ireland) Act, 1854.N.I.

Notwithstanding anything contained in section ninety-two of the Towns Improvement (Ireland) Act, 1854 [1854 c.103] , proceedings for the recovery of any penalty which under the provisions of that Act may be recovered summarily may be taken by a police officer or constable without the consent of the Attorney General for Northern Ireland.
