56Limitations on exercise of powers.

The powers conferred by this Part on a private river watcher shall be exercised only for the protection of the fisheries specified in his instrument of appointment.
2
The powers conferred by this Part on a member or officer of the Commission shall be exercised only for the protection of the fisheries of the Foyle AreaF1 or the Carlingford Area.
