75Forfeiture of boats, fishing engines, etc., as statutory consequence of conviction.
Where a person is convicted of an offence against this Act,F1 the court by which he is convicted may make such other order as to the forfeiture of—
a
any fish illegally taken by him or in his possession at the time of the offence;
b
any boat, fishing engine, equipment or any other thing by means or in respect of which the offence is committed,
as the court thinks fit.
