28Amendment of the Summary Jurisdiction (Ireland) Act, 1851.N.I.
(1)A person convicted by a court of summary jurisdiction of an offence under—
(a)paragraphs 1, 3, 5, 8, 10 and 11 of section ten,
(b)section twelve,
(c)paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of section thirteen,
of the Summary Jurisdiction (Ireland) Act, 1851 [1851 c.92] , shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five pounds, and accordingly … residue amends ss.10,12,13 of 1851 c.92
Subs. (2) amends s. 14 of 1851 c. 92
