And Whereas it is necessary for giving effect to the 1954 Scheme that an Act passed in the fifteenth and sixteenth years of the reign of His Majesty King George the Third, chapter thirty-eight, relating to the Vaughan's charity (among other things), (in this Act referred to as “the Act of the Irish Parliament”) should, so far as it relates to the said charity, have effect subject to the provisions of the 1954 Scheme:
