13Protection of fisheries.N.I.
The Ministry in carrying the provisions of this Act into effect shall, after consultation with the Ministry of CommerceF1, take such precautions and make such provisions as the Ministry may consider adequate for the protection of and avoidance of injury to fisheries and fish life, so, however, that the Ministry shall not be required to take such precautions or make such provisions as the Ministry considers would prevent or unduly hinder the carrying into effect of the provisions of this Act.
