Interpretation
207Extension to hand lines of provisions relating to angling.

Subject to subsection (2), the provisions of this Act relating to angling shall extend to fishing by hand line, and accordingly any reference to a rod and line shall be construed as including a reference to a hand line.

The provisions to which subsection (1) applies shall not include any provision of Part III …F1.
