In paragraph 68 of Schedule 16 to the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994 (consequential amendments)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (8) omit the words from “and after that subsection insert—” to the end;

(b)

omit sub-paragraph (9);

(c)

in sub-paragraph (10) omit the words from “and after that subsection insert—” to the end.
