8Yn adran 4(6) (diffiniad o “relevant authority”)—

(a)ym mharagraff (a), hepgorer “and Wales”;

(b)ar ôl paragraff (a) (ac o flaen yr “and” sy’n ei ddilyn) mewnosoder—

“(aa)in relation to Wales, means an elected local policing body;”.
